Founder
She has over 20 years of management experience in multiple businesses. Her vision for 5P is to give the best product for a fair price. She helps clients make their vision a reality. In her spare time she enjoys managing her farm and donating her time to multiple charities, she is also a board member of the Virginia Helicopter Association.
Joe Paschal
Director Of Construction
Joe started his career as a millwright over 30 years ago. He transitioned to management 18 years ago and has worked as a construction manager for major EPC companies. He has managed major infrastructure projects in multiple countries and the United States.
Jake Ortiz
Wind & Solar Superintendent
Jake has been in the solar and wind industry for over 7 years he started as a wind farm cleaner and has worked his way to superintendent. He has built new wind and solar projects in Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, Maine, and Florida. In his spare time Jake likes to travel, hunting and fly fishing.
Laredo Paschal
Subcontract Coordinator
Laredo was raised working on his family ranch in Montana. Laredo has been involved in rodeo since he was 5 years old. He grew up learning about rodeo stock, building-maintaining fences and taking care of the ranch livestock living off the land. He started showing interest in driving tractors and heavy equipment at age 7. By the time he was 10 he was running all equipment on the ranch. Laredo said “My dad taught me everything I know, and my mom well she was the cook and the boss.” In his spare time he likes to spend time with his family, ride bulls, horseback riding, hunting and fishing. Laredo also volunteers for multiple charities.
Arizona Paschal
Quality Surveyor/Document Control Specialist
Meet our team member Arizona Paschal known as “AZ”. Arizona is our Quality Surveyor Doc Control. She’s has over 4 years in Quality, she started her career as a real estate assessor for major clients in the multi family sector. Arizona was raised on her family ranch in Montana loving the rodeo life as a bull rider. In her spare time she enjoys hunting, fishing, filming, acting, singing and modeling. Recently had a spot light in the show “Yellowstone”.
